Exeter River

This project included installation of new mechanical piping and electrical upgrades to improve system capacity and reliability. Work involved setting two new 10,000-gallon water storage tanks, installing booster pumps, and connecting the system to the existing water main running new 4” HDPE from the pump house to the start of the community.


Additional scope included required for utility installation. The existing 20,000-gallon water storage tank was safely removed and decommissioned. The project was completed to support long-term performance and system efficiency.

Brothers Oil Change

Site preparation for the Brothers Oil Chance Station included removal of unsuitable materials, tree clearing, and installation of erosion control measures to protect surrounding areas. Drainage improvements were completed to ensure proper water management across the site.


Utility work consisted of waterline and septic system installation to support the new facility. Final site work included curbing, paving, building foundation preparation, and pavement line striping, delivering a fully prepared site ready for operation.

Rock Rimmon

This project involved the installation of new underground utilities for a residential community. Work included a 4" HDPE water main with individual water service connections to each home and yard hydrants throughout the site.



Sanitary scope consisted of installing multiple leach fields, 8" sewer main with sewer manholes, 4" service connections to each residence, a 2" force main, individual septic tanks, and a centralized pump station.


Additional site work included paving ledge excavation and preparation to support utility installation and long-term system performance. All systems were installed to meet design specifications and local code requirements, ensuring reliable service for the community.

Greystone

This project included the construction of a new well house serving a condominium community, complete with a full mechanical and electrical system installation. Scope of work involved installing new mechanical piping, new  3" HDPE and 2" HDPE watermain service lines, along with multiple 2" yard hydrants and individual service connections for each condo unit.


Additional site work included building a gravel access road to support construction and long-term maintenance, as well as installing a new community leach field designed to meet current code and capacity requirements. The project was completed with a focus on durability, efficiency, and reliable long-term performance for the community.
