We are completely satisfied with Select Excavation.
They installed a leach field for us a few years ago and did a great job.
We had them come back this year for a minor issue with our filter in the tank.
John sent Hannah out promptly to get everything in motion for dig safe.
They kept in touch to let us know when they would come out to check the filter.
Ben came by promptly in the morning with an excavator and made sure everything was o.k. with the leach field.
He made an adjustment to the filter and
everything is fine again.
They were pretty booked up but John and his team found time to squeeze us in. We really appreciate what they did for us.
They are professionals. They were prompt. And just really decent people.
We highly recommend them.

Select did a fantastic job, went above and beyond to complete the scoped work (and even a little more)! The crew was fantastic, everyone had expertise and were extremely professional - I could not believe the amount of work they got done in 1 DAY! Septic tank, brush and trees removed, and fresh loam/seed.. they were in and out, very efficient yet also organized and neat!

They were able to get the work done within 2 weeks of our request and carried out the entire septic job in less than 8 hours, which allowed us to remain in our home. They're extremely detail oriented, give great advice when the unforeseen pops up and are conscientious and punctual. I'm on the board of an HOA that hired Select Excavation to clean out years of debris in association-owned storm sewers, repair some of the pipes, and create curtain drains around one building that had groundwater issues. After spending considerable time with us to analyze the problems, they did a great job at a reasonable price, promptly and thoroughly, and even pointed out that some of the requested work would be unnecessary! They are very efficient and did a great job. They were very responsive to my questions. It only took them 2.5 days to complete the job. One day for the tank, one day for the field, and half a day to fill and clean up after inspection. They left my yard looking better than it was before. This includes loam and grass as part of the project. It was a pleasant experience working with them. My complements to the excavator operator. That guy made it look easy.

* Customer Service: they answer your questions, they call you back, they are on time, they visit your property and give you a proper quote, they check in with you to make sure you got it and if its okay, and they are just THERE for you! Great Communication.
* Craftmanship: An EXCELLENT JOB they did. We wanted to hook up to Town Water in Plaistow, and we were completely new at this. And you could just tell that John and his crew knew what they were doing, and they went above and beyond to make it possible for us, as we had some Ledge on our property, and they managed to do it! They also work with great contractors outside their business, and they were really nice to work with as well. All round really good people.
* Finishing Up: I was nervous about how the propert looked, as my yard was ripped open! But I couldn't believe my eyes after they left. Just Perfect! They re-seeded the lawn, raked it all, paved areas they opened, made it all look good again.
